"I just bought a brand new FLHX. It was the second bike I've bought from Bayside. I can't believe the great deal I got from the entire crew, from Jeff and Kelley in sales, Tom in parts, Brie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) in the business office, and the entire service team. I can't say enough good things about my latest purchase. I purchased a sissy bar and they put it on the next day (they'd have done it that night, but it was after 1930 before all the paperwork was done. That was my fault, I got there late). A special thanks goes out to Ray. I really appreciate your entire team there at Bayside. I look forward to buying my next HD from ya'll, albeit it will be a while, since mines a 2011... "I had been looking online for a while at different motorcycles when my wife told me to go down to Bayside HD since we live less than 5 miles away in Portsmouth. I went in thinking I'd never be able to afford a Harley. I walked in and started talking to Keith, I told him I was just looking and he showed me where some pre-owned models were. I saw one I liked and he went and got the price as well as a price to one that was less expensive. It was not the most expensive sale Keith has made I am sure, however he treated me wonderfully. He didn't pressure me into anything and was a huge help. I would recommend everyone to go down there to take a look if you are in the market for a motorcycle."

He never once pitched a sale to me, just kept throwing out facts to consider when buying (my first) bike. "I purchased my HD through the Overseas Military Sales program while in Okinawa. When given orders to Norfolk I chose Bayside as the site that I would have my HD delivered. Knowing that dealerships do not make hardley any money off of these deals I was expecting the worst in customer service.
To the contrary I was treated like a king, just like if I had bought the Bike there. Customer service was awesome and the Bayside Harley experience was spot on. I left with the impression I just visited someone's family, not a dealership. Bayside definitely has all my business in the near future."

"Bayside is by far the BEST HD dealership I Have ever been to. The staff is AWESOME and extremely helpful in ALL departments, especially the Parts Dept. (as I deal with them the most). The sale associates have never been pushy or overbearing, and are extremely knowledgable about the bikes. The only thing I could say that would make things better, is if you put a pice list for the services on your site. Such as 1, 5, 10, 20K, etc."

"OK, I wanted to wait a bit before making any comments in order to let things sink in. Thought for sure I would be able to find something I was not totally satisfied with. I have to admit, I can’t think of anything. My many visits, countless questions and few phone calls prior to purchasing my new Street Glide where all handled with comfortable professionalism. Never once did I feel pressured, bamboozled, tricked, fooled or lied to. The whole process, from day one (to the ride home) was a feeling unlike any other motorcycle purchase I have gone through in 25 years of ridding.
Furthermore, in my quest to find something I was not 100% satisfied with, and a couple trips back for some wanted essentials, has continued to be a very pleasurable experience.
It’s funny, I don’t feel like I bought a bike from Bayside, It feels more like, I somehow acquired a brand new bike from a group of trusted friends.

The sales manager took the time to answer all of my questions when comparing 2 different bikes, and helped me make my decision based upon my wants and needs. Dan, my salesman, went over every detail about the bike, and was very knowledgeable. My experience with the business manager was very positive as well. "I would find it hard to believe that there is a service department that could compete in any way with Bayside's. As my job causes me to travel extensivily my ability to have work done is very limited and hard to schedule. All of the crew in the service department have been exceptional going above and beyond the customer service call to duty. It was worth the 115.6 mile druve down from Richmond to Bayside. "I recently visited Bayside to have a flat fixed on my wide glide I purchased from them in 05. I went to nags head the same day and to my surprise the next morning my tire was flat again. Upon inspecting the tire I saw no nail so I figured there must have been something wrong with the fix. I called Don in the service department and he offered something that blew my mind. He said that someone from the Kitty Hawk location would come to my cottage, pick up the bike, provide me with a rental, and have someone bring my bike back to portsmouth. He made a life long customer with that "over the top" level of service. Thank you to Don and the entire staff of bayside harley!!"

"I just purchased a used 2005 FLHRCI Road King Classic from your dealership and wanted to say thank you for helping me aquire my bike! The bike did need a good detailing to realy make it shine but otherwise had no faults at all.
